Ben Baldwin is a dynamic and versatile saxophonist, arranger, and recording artist making waves across the UK music scene. Known for his genre-spanning versatility, from jazz, funk, and soul to contemporary classical, Ben performs with acts like Third Floor, Sass & The Groove, and Ultimate Madnezz, and has appeared at major venues including the Royal Albert Hall, O2 Academy, and De Montfort Hall. A passionate collaborator and sought-after arranger, projects he’s recorded for have been featured by BBC Introducing and he currently serves as in-house arranger for several ensembles. He currently studies at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire under Naomi Sullivan and Anna Brooks, with regular coaching from Kyle Horch and Andy Tweed, and is a founding member of the UK’s Split Reeds Quintet. Influenced by artists such as Candy Dulfer, Michael Brecker, Claude Delangle, and Jess Gillam, Ben brings infectious energy, musical depth, and creative flair to every stage he steps on.
